Deregulation of business. Could be easier to do business in Ukraine in 2017?
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the law about the moratorium for the government planned inspections of SMEs to 30.06.2017, namely the law "On peculiarities of State Supervision (Control) of economic activity” №3153.
The adoption of the Act №3153 will reduce the pressure on businesses by the regulatory authorities. However, it should be noted that according to this Law are needed the compelling reasons for the unscheduled inspections.
Exceptional measures of state supervision (control) held by the state supervision (control) with the permission of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; with the permission of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine (on the grounds specified in second part of this article); according to the request which was written by entity to the relevant authority of state supervision (control) about the implementation of state supervision (control) measures according to his request; by the court.
Unscheduled inspection can be carried out by state supervision (control) with the permission of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine on the basis of a reasoned request of an individual about abuse by entity its legal rights
Also, recently the Cabinet of Ministers during the meeting was canceled 367 normative acts for the deregulation of business.
The decision was taken at a cabinet meeting 23.11.2016.
Specifically, as a result of measures for deregulation was abolished minimum prices for notarial services, was shorted the implementation term of regulatory monetary value of the land and simplified procedure for construction of base stations for mobile operators, etc.
