Key responsibilities

• Managing a team of accountants, monitoring implemented projects and providing support to employees of the subordinate team
• Identifying risks and proposing solutions in the implementation of projects
• Accounting manager support in the preparation of analyzes, reports, reports both for the needs of clients and internal procedures
• Representing clients before administrative and control bodies
• Direct contact and constant communication with customers
• Preparation of financial reports, preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of documentation intended for tax authorities and other state authorities
• Preparing presentations and conclusions
• Verification of accounting documents in terms of formal and content

Requirements

• University degree (preferred Economics, Finances, Accounting, Managing)
• At least 4 years of experience as an accountant/ senior accountant
• Experience in supervising team of accountants
• Practical knowledge of regulations and rules in the preparation of tax returns
• Very good, practical knowledge of financial and accounting principles and tax law
• Knowledge of international accounting software/ systems (NAV)
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel at advanced level
• Language skills in English at advanced level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to cooperate in team
• Analytical abilities, accuracy, scrupulosity, self-determination
