Our growing company in Bucharest needs a reliable, organized Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. We are looking for a smart and efficient colleague, who has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Your responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for the whole office
- Office suppliers research and evaluation
- Processing suppliers invoices & reminders concerning payments
- Petty cash processing & inventory
- Communication with local IT provider
- IT hardware inventory
- Entrance cards processing
- Organizing meetings and events
- Solving business trips arrangements, ordering flight tickets and accommodation
- Ordering cartridges/toners, other services and goods in case of need
What are we expecting from you:
- To be organized, responsible, detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of MS Office – basic level
- University studies in progress or completed, with any specialization
- At least 1-year experience in an administrative capacity
- Experience with ordering goods and services and communicating with suppliersThe ability to work in a team and understand multinational working environment
