Our growing company in Bucharest needs a reliable, organized Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. We are looking for a smart and efficient colleague, who has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support for the whole office
  • Office suppliers research and evaluation
  • Processing suppliers invoices & reminders concerning payments
  • Petty cash processing & inventory
  • Communication with local IT provider
  • IT hardware inventory
  • Entrance cards processing
  • Organizing meetings and events
  • Solving business trips arrangements, ordering flight tickets and accommodation
  • Ordering cartridges/toners, other services and goods in case of need

What are we expecting from you:

  • To be organized, responsible, detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of MS Office – basic level
  • University studies in progress or completed, with any specialization
  • At least 1-year experience in an administrative capacity
  • Experience with ordering goods and services and communicating with suppliersThe ability to work in a team and understand multinational working environment
