Project Manager in Warsaw

Key responsibilities

• Building and maintain positive relations with current clients and ensuring high quality of customer service to accounting and payroll department;
• Participation in meetings and communication with the top management of the client, presenting results of cooperation, solving potential issues, active identification of new potential areas for further cooperation, renegotiation of agreements;
• creating and updating client’s forms;
• support for the accounting and payroll Team Leaders in a field of clients relations;
• issuing invoices in the Accace system;
• verification and analyzing efficiency of the particular projects;
• coordination the process of assigning projects to the Team Leaders;
• participation in the business negotiations with potential new clients;
• preparing fee calculation in cooperation with department’s Team Leaders;
• translation of the documents.

Requirements

• University degree (preferred in Economics);
• at least 5 years of experience at a similar position for outsourcing or consulting company (preferred experience on a Key Account Manager position);
• ability to manage multiple projects (PRINCE2 certificate is an advantage);
• very good practical knowledge in a field of accounting and tax law;
• understanding of accounting / tax / payroll solutions;
• knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel;
• knowledge of English on C1/C2 level;
• communicativeness and high level of competence in the field of customer service;
• high analytical skills;
