As part of a broader payroll outsourcing project, we supported a global technology and consulting firm in optimizing payroll operations for over 8,400 employees across four countries: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, and Romania. The initiative focused on streamlining processes across multiple legal entities and local payroll systems, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The challenge

The client faced significant challenges in managing payroll across multiple countries and systems.

Key issues included:

The solution

To address these challenges, we implemented an integration framework connecting 5 systems: four local payroll systems and the TULIP Time & Attendance module, all integrated with SAP SuccessFactors (SF).
