We are delighted to announce an improvement on our Mission and Values, inspired by People’s beliefs. Through this approach, we aim „to support Colleagues and Clients to reach their Dreams, while leaving a positive imprint on the world”.
The decision didn’t come as a complete surprise, People have dramatically changed how they live and work and we are grateful to our colleagues, clients, business partners, shareholders and to our environment and society for the success we’ve had so far.
„Dreams” – defines perfectly the fact that we are dedicated to acknowledge and value our community in its entirety
“At the very core of our company we have People no matter if they are colleagues, clients or society that surrounds us. Therefore, after many months of discussions, analysis, debates we have concluded that the word „Dreams” defines the best the fact that we are dedicated to acknowledging our People; to create a deliberately developmental organization in which we will all flourish and simply feel good, happy at work and understand the importance of doing what we love. We are very intentional about ensuring that we know each other’s Dreams in order to facilitate a trustful and open environment. This is an environment that we want to co-create together with all People that are surrounding us. The co-creation involves a lot of responsibility and intentionality on the Mission’s fulfilment from all parties involved in our community and we are at the very beginning of communicating this very clearly in all the meetings we have.
Moreover, we believe that we owe to the society – as a business community – to treat respectfully and humbly the limited resources our Planet has”, said Jiri Majer, Partner and CEO, Accace.
Getting to the CORE by asking the right question: “How we ACE?”
In order to improve our Company Values, Jiří Majer – Accace‘s CEO, asked us about what we consider important in a working environment: „How we ACE?”, what are our values, our Dreams, our beliefs? Based on the results, we have gathered a new set of Values that goes hand in hand with our Mission and long-term Goals.

Having the Mission and Values on the walls or written on desks does not fulfil our Dream
“We have many plans when it comes to the incorporation of our Mission and Values but what is really important is that the People will design their own way. That is the reason why we have many small projects across many teams that will act as future catalysts. From the catalysts, we will later ensure we have enough facilitators that will help us transfer the know-how and share experiences across the whole organization. Having the Mission and Values just written on the walls does not fulfill our Dream; we want to have them imprinted in the DNA of Accace and therefore we have faith in ourselves at all levels of the organization that – in time – we will find the best ways to only act upon our Mission and Values in any circumstances.” – concludes Mihaela Pašek-Virlan, Partner and COO, Accace.
