Anca is a certified tax consultant in Romania with 14 years of experience, including 12 years in Big 4 firms, member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants and holding the ADIT certification issued by the UK Institute of Taxation. Along the time, she gained multiple experience supporting investors and foreign businesses expanding their operations in Romania, supporting them structuring from a tax perspective their business in Romania on matters related to corporate and international taxation, reorganizations of the business models, acquisition and mergers, tax registration, etc. Anca also guides clients accessing various local tax incentives available in Romania (such as tax exemption from reinvested profits, R&D incentives, etc.). Anca also has strong expertise in international tax regulations, including OECD Pillar 2, the Multilateral Instrument (MLI), and DAC6/DAC7 reporting, helping investors align with tax rules and structure their activities effectively in Romania.
