Considering our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Director who will accelerate our business expansion, strengthen client relationships, and shape the marketing agenda of our local branch. Through this strategic role, we aim to secure long-term success, continue building solid client partnerships, and a strong competitive position in the market.

Key responsibilities

To support these objectives, you, as our new colleague in this role, will be responsible for the following key areas:

Business Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development and sales strategy aligned with the company’s objectives in BPO, advisory, and related service lines.
  • Translate company goals into actionable BD and marketing plans, with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, service segments, and partnership channels.
  • Analyze sales performance, revenue trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Drive cross selling and upselling initiatives based on client needs and company service capabilities.

Client Relationship/ Account management

  • Participate in business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage negotiations for additional services with existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding cooperation with existing clients, proactively proposing improvements or additional services.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, including internal documentation, and cross-team setup.
  • Maintain regular communication with all internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient service delivery.

Marketing Strategy

  • Lead local marketing strategy development and ensure alignment with global marketing direction.
  • Coordinate marketing planning, budgeting, and reporting across local team.
  • Identify and implement new marketing opportunities, content strategies, digital initiatives, and brand development activities.
  • Oversee the eShop marketing strategy and related digital initiatives.

Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead the Business Development and Marketing teams, by promoting knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and participate in recruitment process for BD and Marketing roles.

Internal Process Management

  • Actively shape and implement internal processes related to client management, project setup, and BD workflow.
  • Manage documentation, CRM systems, meeting protocols, and reporting flows for BD & Marketing performance.

Requirements

Education & Background

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management roles.
  • Strong advantages: experience in BPO, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proficiency with CRM and design software, HTML, and content management systems.
  • Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and digital communication.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budget.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into practical actions.

  • High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Advanced communication skills in English.
