Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a colleague to our transaction and financial advisory team (“TAF”) to lead the team and projects in the area of M&A, restructuring, and advisory to holding groups. We expect not only perfect work on the projects generated by our current clients but also your contribution in the form of know-how and business opportunities. The position and financial remuneration will depend, among other things, on this contribution.
The TAF team brings together financial, tax and accounting professionals and offers clients a comprehensive portfolio of services to assist them in acquisitions and strategic decision-making on the development of their company or group.
Key responsibilities
- Manage M&A projects (particularly financial and tax due diligence + transaction setup), restructuring, valuation, and advisory to holding groups; the specific type of consultancy will depend on the client’s requirements and your specialization (e.g. as regards tax or management consultancy, valuation, etc.).
- Lead and develop TAF team members.
- Search for new business opportunities.
- You can help to develop similar services abroad.
Your ideal profile
- Extensive experience in acquisitions and restructuring consultancy.
- Experience in leading and developing people and you like to do so.
- A network with the potential to generate business opportunities.
- Significant experience on a senior-level in consulting company and professional English is a prerequisite.
