Payroll Supervisor in Warsaw

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating and planning the work of a subordinate team
  • Optimization of HR and payroll processes for clients
  • Supervision over the implementation of tasks in the field of full HR and payroll services for clients
  • Proposing and coordinating improvement projects related to the overall payroll process
  • Sharing experience, substantive support and taking care of raising the competences of the subordinate team
  • Monitoring changes in labor law, tax law and social security law
  • Support in the implementation of new projects, solutions in the automation and digitization of payroll processes
  • Participation in migration processes, training for clients
  • Substantive support for clients and other departments
  • Contact with external institutions

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Experience in working in the HR and payroll department (at least 4 years), including experience in managing a team in the Payroll area (at least one year)
  • Advanced knowledge of labor and social security law, working time settlement, provisions in the field of personal income tax and PPK
  • Knowledge of the HR and payroll program Enova365 and the Płatnik program is required
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (including Excel at the advanced level)
  • Language skills in English at advanced level
  • Ability to organize own and subordinate team work
  • Experience in the process of implementing new clients and migrating payroll data is welcome
  • Experience in the outsourcing of HR and payroll services is welcome
