Key responsibilities

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for Clients
  • Directs and manages the implementation from the start, including obtaining all required information for Client set-up
  • Analyzes the client requirements and adapts them
  • Plans, prepares and implements test scenarios
  • Performs analysis of implemented solutions and troubleshoots data inconsistencies
  • Identifies risks and potential issues and recommends solutions
  • Translates the functional needs into a technical analysis
  • Applies payroll knowledge in order to meet the technical project requirements
  • Uploads, checks and validates of sensitive and detailed data
  • Improves processes in order to execute services according to the client requirements
  • Participates in migration of existing customer data into the new software
  • Executes parallel testing of the implemented payroll solutions and parallel payroll

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience
  • 1+ year of experience working in client service interface or systems integration environment
  • 2+ years processing payrolls, implementing payroll setups welcome
  • Knowledge of and experience using payroll software Enova365
  • Fluent (B2-C1) in English language – ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially excel
  • Adaptable to change and able to learn new applications and processes quickly
  • Organizational skills, able to multi-task several projects, excellent attention to details and suggests solutions
