In this role, you’ll lead complex tenders, craft strategic proposals, and connect with clients, partners, and colleagues across countries. You’ll support local teams, strengthen partnerships, and play a key role in driving Accace’s international growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating and preparing proposals (incl. pricing strategies) and consolidated responses for international tenders,
  • Acting as the main point of contact for potential international clients, internal teams and partners across countries regarding new business opportunities,
  • Proactively identifying, evaluating and initiating collaboration with potential business partners and Accace Circle members to expand our global reach,
  • Supporting local branches with complex tenders and RFP submissions, facilitating regular sales calls with them to align on business development priorities, sharing updates and gathering market feedback,
  • Supporting other Business Development team members, Community Development Lead, Marketing Team, and Project Managers to provide input, consultation and clarifications on sales initiatives and outcomes,
  • Managing partnership collaboration and referral initiatives, including tracking performance and preparing reports,
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and client needs – leveraging insights from tender proceedings and client discussions to identify opportunities for new service lines and business growth,
  • Continuously evaluating and improving internal BD processes and templates.

Your ideal profile

Business skills

  • Proven ability to develop international business within a global team focused on expansion, business growth, marketing, and project management,
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong presentation abilities,
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail,
  • Ability to handle stress effectively,
  • A customer-centric approach with a strategic mindset,
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365,
  • Advanced English (C1).

Soft skills

  • Self-motivated and capable of setting your own goals,
  • Confident in starting initiatives from scratch and making independent decisions,
  • Strong organizational and project management skills,
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications

  • University education (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or Marketing,
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or a related sector,
  • Experience in an international business environment,
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages besides English is a plus.
