Key responsibilities

  • Coordination of our response to multi-country tenders
  • Preparation of tender documentation incl. pricing structures
  • Communication with customers, colleagues and partners from multiple countries on a daily basis
  • Research and initial contact with potential new business partners and Accace Circle members
  • Support to local branches with complex tenders and clients´ requests
  • Support of other team members: Business Development Coordinator, Community Development Coordinator, Marketing team and Project Managers
  • Agenda of partner associations and referral system

Your ideal profile

  • University education in the field of Accounting/ Business/ Economics/ Finance/ International relations/ Marketing
  • Experience in a similar Business development position for at least 3 years
  • English at level C1 is a requirement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactivity

  • Project and organizational skills
  • Pro-client approach
