Key responsibilities

  • Independent HR and payroll services for employees employed by Accace customers – foreign and domestic companies
  • Updating data in the HR and payroll system and administering personal files of employees
  • Independent preparation of payrolls for the company’s clients
  • Independent management of personnel administration in accordance with the scope of service contracts
  • Operation of the PPK program
  • Preparation of correspondence, reports, reports and declarations to external institutions (US, GUS, PFRON, bailiff)
  • Preparation of notification and settlement documents in the Płatnik program and corrections of ZUS documents
  • Keeping settlements in the field of holidays and sickness benefits, working time
  • Issuing employment and earnings certificates
  • Preparation of certificates to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), among others RP7, Z3
  • Preparation of monthly HR and payroll analyzes and reports

Requirements

  • Higher education is welcome with an administrative, economic, HRM profile
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in independent HR and payroll services
  • Knowledge of the Enova365 HR and payroll system (much appreciated)
  • Very good knowledge of labor and social security law, working time settlement, provisions in the field of personal income tax and PPK
  • English to a degree that allows easy daily communication with customers
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Ability to think analytically, communicativeness, very good organization of work
  • Experience in the outsourcing of HR and payroll services is welcome
