Key responsibilities
- Supporting clients in acquisitions and other transactions
- Processing of tax and financial due diligence
- Helping with preparation of corporate income tax returns
- Cooperation with other team members on solving the clients´ domestic and international tax issues
- Preparation of tax analysis and tax statements for clients
- Managing smaller tax projects
Your ideal profile
- University education with economical specialization
- Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
- Knowledge of basic financial indicators
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in taxes or financial analysis
- English at upper intermediate level (both written and spoken), Czech is a must; other language(s) is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Friendly, communicative and innovative person who is and not afraid to come up with new ideas
