Do you want to combine great company culture and its current team with your skills and build large advisory practice in Romania? We have a unique opportunity for a person who wants to move our tax advisory team to the higher level and become Tax Director in Accace!

We offer partnership track and possibility to become responsible for the whole advisory team (including also legal part) in Romania.

Key responsibilities

With the use of skills, contact network and with the support of Accace experts (local and international) to move forward the advisory team! 

  • Management of the Tax team
  • Coordination of the Legal team (this depends on the profile of the candidate and his/her preference);
  • Generating new business
  • Team motivation and development

Requirements

  • University degree (Economics / Law specialization)
  • Courage and hunger for business
  • Long term working experience in the Tax Consultancy business (participation in legal/ M&A projects is an advantage)
  • Ability to cooperate and acquire new Clients
  • Advanced written and spoken English, other language is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing advisory team is an advantage
