The mandatory verification of the correspondence of contractual function and corresponding COR code of the employee with the ReviSal registrations
Starting with the 1st of January 2011, HG no.1352/2010 enters into force regarding the approval of
Romanian Classification of Occupations structure. This change is will emphasize the importance of the
correct registration of COR codes and their corresponding functions into the Electronic Employee
Evidence (ReviSal)
According to HG no.161/2006, not having the ReviSal registrations and contractual specifications
done according to law, will lead to penalties starting from 3500 RON up to 5000 RON.
