National Agency of Fiscal Administration issued Order no. 232/2011, regarding procedure of taking over the information and/ or documents related to fiscal debts of secondary seats registered as income tax payers and similar incomes payers. The above mentioned order was published in the Official Gazette no. 88/2011.
According to its stipulations, starting 1st of February, 2011, administration of fiscal debts due by tax payers who have setup secondary seats as income tax payers and similar incomes payers, will be transferred to the fiscal authority where the tax payer is registered with its main seat, including income tax owed by the employees who are working on the respective seats.
