Bucharest, July 21, 2014 – Accace, one of the leading outsourcing and business advisory companies in Central and Eastern Europe, saw a 20% increase in turnover in Romania after the first six months of this year, compared to the same period of 2013, reaching approximately 700,000 euro. The business increase is mainly due to the trend of outsourcing accounting and payroll services by multinational companies operating on the local market, a dynamic that will increase in the next period.
The largest contribution to the increase in turnover, of about 70%, came from outsourcing services, while tax and legal advisory services accounted for approximately 30% of the business in the first half of this year.
„Major clients came from the multinational area, especially companies that only recently entered the Romanian market, who choose to benefit from our services right from the start, in order to run properly. We are seeing more and more companies that are examining the Romanian market and we believe that this trend will continue”, said Bogdan Badea, Managing Director Accace in Romania.
The company’s local activity was similar to that in other countries where Accace is present, except that the accounting and payroll outsourcing market in Romania has not reached maturity yet, so there is still room for growth compared to the region.
Increasing and strengthening the team, one of the goals for the second semester
Regarding the number of employees, since the beginning of 2014, the company hired 5 expert accountants, and it plans to reach a local team of more than 30 people by the end of this year.
For the second half of this year, Accace wants to continue providing quality services, both in the outsourcing and consultancy areas of business, as well as to expand its client portfolio on the local market.
