The President of Ukraine signed the Law № 1792-VIII «On provision of the large-scale export expansion of Ukrainian producers through insurance, guarantee and making cheaper the export credit.”
Particularly, the document provides the establishment of the Export Credit Agency to encourage the export of Ukrainian goods (works, services). The Agency will develop insurance, reinsurance, to provide guarantees for contracts that provide export development and participate in the implementation of the program related to the partial compensation of interest rates for export credits.
