Sole proprietors in Ukraine are able to close their businesses with the help of the state portal iGov.
In order to pass the termination procedure is necessary to carry out a few simple steps:

- prepare a statement on the portal
- receive information regarding a prepared statement by the sole proprietor from the register
The first drawback of these changes is the need to address the tax agency. The second is the novelty of the termination process that probably complicates the procedure.
Still, the electronical procedure available in Ukraine indicates the beginning of improvement of local business procedures, with the help of technology.
