We are hiring HR Admin Assistant – communicative, active, flexible and creative person who is looking for diverse job and personal growth.
Key responsibilities
- Providing HR administrative support directly in the client´s premises and cooperating with the team of payroll accountants in Prague and Brno
- Processing of employee attendance, inputting personal data into payroll accounting software, printing payslips
- Preparation of payroll reports and statistics
- Communication with state administration and health insurance companies
- Gaining new experience, being interested in payroll accounting news, expanding your knowledge so that you can later be promoted to the position of a payroll accountant
Your ideal profile
- University education attained with economic specialization / secondary economic school with at least short experience
- General knowledge about HR and payroll agenda
- Knowledge of payroll software „KS mzdy“ is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (especially MS Excel – tables, formulas, functions, pivot tables – and MS Outlook)
- Knowledge of English on B1 level at least (for daily communication)
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, responsibility – meeting deadlines
