Slovak We are looking for a communicative, active and strongly pro-client oriented colleague, who would like to share his/her experience and who is willing to learn and grow with us.

Job tasks

  • Processing and evidence of personal information of new employees
  • Following and processing of changes (name, address, bank account, state, position, manager, atc.) within the department
  • Preparing of employment contracts and amendments
  • Processing and evidence of maternity leaves and absences
  • Processing of agenda concerned about communication with social and health insurance
  • Working with attendance system
  • Preparing of payroll reports
  • Providing of the support for payroll accountants

Requirements on candidate

  • University education with economical or humanity specialization
  • Previous experience on similar position
  • Knowledge of Labour Code is advantage
  • Knowledge of English language on advanced level
  • Knowledge of MS Office on user level
  • Basic knowledge of payroll agenda and processing of payroll is advantage
  • Independent work, be organized
