Kamil Błażyczek joined Accace Poland in February 2020, as Managing Director of the Business Process Oursourcing line.

Kamil has over 12 years of working experience in the area of Business Process Outsourcing including 9 years on different managerial positions. He has a solid knowledge and excellent skillset in the field of project, process and operations management, gained by leading the cross-functional teams in international organisational structures.
As a Senior Operations Manager at Infosys BPM, he created and managed, with success, the outsourcing department in the area of HR for a French client – one of the three largest insurance companies in the world. He gained extensive professional experience, among others, as the Managing Director of Velset France, where he was responsible for the development and operational management of the Group’s first foreign sales representative, as well as the Operations Manager at LaSer Contact where he build the Polish call centre outsourcing department servicing clients from Europe and Asia. Thanks to many years of cooperation with various French companies and participation in projects realised on behalf of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in France, he knows inside-out both the French business culture and the market.
Becoming the leader of Accace Poland, Kamil aims to guide the BPO service line team towards new challenges, innovation and further growth.
