In connection with the tightening of the view of duties of Managing Directors of Limited liability companies we would like to draw your attention to your legal obligation to keep a list of shareholders of your company up to date.
In the past, it was obligatory to submit the list of shareholders mostly prior the entry into the Commercial Register while transferring or allocating of shares, the exclusion of a shareholder or cancellation of shareholders participation. However, this document has become an important part of business documentation also in other circumstances. To substantiate this fact we point out amendment to the Act on Public Contracts, which puts the submission of this document as a condition of participation in a public tender.
