Starting from 1st January 2017, was established a minimum wage of UAH 3,200. But if you are a part-time employee, will you benefit from increases in the minimum wage?
On this question lawyers give the answer:  for civil-law contracts, the norm about necessity to pay not less than UAH 3,200 does not apply, because the norms of the Labor Code and the Law on Labor Remuneration do not apply to such contracts.
Part-time work can be established by agreement between the employee and the employer, but must be taken into account the specific of the work (work schedule). In this case the salary depends on the hours worked or according to productivity. The labor remuneration in these cases is carried out in proportion to the time worked or depending on the output.
The work of individuals can be used based on how employment contracts or civil law contracts. The most common types of civil law contract are: contract for work performance of work (contract) and for provision of services.
