We would like to inform you that the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget for 2010” becomes effective. The Law in particular cancelled the mandatory registration of foreign investments in the National Bank of Ukraine and also mandatory state pension insurance contribution withheld from non-cash transactions on sell / purchase of foreign currency in 2010 (from July 1, 2010).
