The new Classification of Economic Activities came into force on January 1, 2012.
Starting from 01.01.2012 state registration of newly-created legal entities and physical persons – private entrepreneurs will be processed according to the types of economic activities 2010 (KVED-2010) in spite of the fact that KVED-2005 is valid till the end of the current year. To adjust types of economic activities in accordance with KVED-2010, physical persons –private entrepreneurs and representatives of legal entities should submit the following documents to the State Registrar:
physical persons –private entrepreneurs
- Registration card for state registration of data changes about physical person – private entrepreneur, contained in the Single State Register (form #11). The change of types of economic activities are processed free of charge.
legal entities
- Registration card for state registration of data changes about legal entity, contained in the Single State Register (form #4) – types of economic activities listed in registration documents of legal entity should be changed into the corresponding ones of the KVED-2010.
- Registration card for processing of state registration of changes into statutory documents of legal entity (form #3) and the package of documents according to art. 29 of the Law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities and physical persons-private entrepreneurs” dated 15.05.03 # 755-IV – in case of making changes into statutory documents of legal entity in connection with the changes of types of economic activities.
The above mentioned documents can be submitted to State Registrar within the whole 2012 year.
In addition, officials were instructed only to recommend the change of the types of economic activities according to KVED-2010, and not demand from legal entities and private entrepreneurs to submit applications, reports and other documents within the transmission period stating KVED-2010.
