How does a temporary employment agency work?
Companies operating in various sectors may acquire a new employee without increasing their payroll or staff capacities for a limited period of time in order to temporarily replace their “own” employee. The employment relationship with the employee is concluded by the agency which thus becomes his/her employer and provides a salary to the person. The employee is temporarily assigned to the company and performs the job based on the assignment and instructions given by the company.
