We are all aware that the danger is unpredictable and that we can always face a situation where first aid can make the difference between life and death.
That is why, in September, we participated at a two-days first aid training, which took place at the Romanian Red Cross headquarters, during which, with our trainer’s support, we learnt how to correctly resuscitate an adult or a child, how to make a bandage in case of bleeding or fracture or how should we act in case of drowning, intoxication or unconsciousness and much more.
All participants have received a graduation certificate, as well as a special certificate stating that the holder is trained for giving first aid.
We highly recommend attending first aid courses and we invite you to download the Romanian Red Cross’s First Aid App, to be always prepared in case of a medical emergency! More details about the application can be found HERE.
