In the Czech Republic, the minimum wage will increase from CZK 13,350 to CZK 14,600 per month from 1st January 2020.
Guaranteed levels of minimum wage
Based on Government Regulation in the Czech Republic, a new minimum wage was set from 1st January 2020. The new level of the minimum wage represents CZK 14,600 monthly for the 1st group of work, consequently the other groups rates will also be increased.
The guaranteed minimum wage level related to working time of 40 hours per week is based on complexity, responsibility and strenuous work. There are 8 work groups recognized:

If the employee has working hours other than 40 hours per week, the minimum hourly wage shall be adjusted accordingly. For example:
